Brendon Feddema is originally from Perth, Australia.  He graduated from Regis University with a teaching degree while playing college basketball.  He then returned to Australia and competed professionally in the Australian Rules Football League.  As a teacher, he also taught 4th grade and was a technology teacher in an elementary school in Australia.  When he and his wife had their first child, he hung up his cleats and basketball boots and they headed back to Colorado where he was a teacher and Dean of Students at Peak to Peak Charter School in Lafayette, Colorado.  He was an administrator at Prairie View High School and Middle School,  Assistant Principal and Athletic Director at Legacy High School for 11 years and is now the Athletic Director at Jefferson Jr/Sr High.  Coach Fedds and his beautiful wife were married in 1998 and have 2 children.  Tyler played 4 years of college volleyball at Rhodes College in Memphis and she just graduated recently with a BS in Neuroscience.  Their son Riley just completed his first year of college at Regis University in the nursing program.

Coach Fedds has also had the privilege of coaching at the Regis University summer camps both under former Head Coach Frank Lavrisha as well as current Head Coach Joel List.

He also coached MH at the 2020 Art Of Coaching Volleyball  Player ID camp with Jim Stone at Norco Arena.

Using the Field Level platform, Coach Fedds works with a large network of coaches across the country within the NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA divisions to attempt to find the right collegiate fit for his athletes. He works collaboratively with his fellow club coaches as well as the family and athlete.

As a coach, he is able to assess athletes more effectively than recruiting agencies which allows him to work more closely with coaches, families and athletes.  He works with the athlete and their family on trying to find the best college that fits their academic goals and athletic desires. Coaches contact him through Field Level or directly by phone.  He reaches out directly to coaches, to find out their positional needs and then supplies them with information on athletes that may fit their program. It is important to line up the right athlete with the best fit for that school and the needs of the program.

Additionally, he spends a great deal of time answering questions for all the families about the recruiting process, what they need to do next, what a school or coach might be like, etc.

It's not necessarily finding the highest level of volleyball for Coach Fedds. His goal is to help the athletes find the best place for them to enjoy a wonderful college experience that they can take with them the rest of their lives and also prepare them for life .
